「The PHP Group」よりPHPに関する脆弱性が発表されたことを受け、お客さまの情報とサービスの安全を最優先に確保するため、現在TMCチケットシステムの緊急メンテナンスを実施しております。
本対応は不正アクセスの発生によるものではなく、予防的な安全対策のための措置となります。

メンテナンスに伴い、2026年10月23日(金)時点で、WEBサイトおよび東京ミステリーサーカス公式アプリにて、チケットをご購入いただけません。

なお、東京ミステリーサーカス店頭のチケットカウンターでは通常通りチケットを販売しております。
WEBで購入できずご不便をおかけいたしますが、店頭ではチケットをご用意できますので、ぜひご来場ください。
※イベント特設サイト内のチケットカレンダー表記と残数が異なる場合がございます。最新のチケット残数状況については店舗にお問合せください。

また、すでにチケットをご購入済みのお客さまは、イベントへのご参加が可能です。（購入完了メールに添付された二次元コードを提示いただくか、受付にて購入者さまのお名前を確認させていただきます。）

2026年10月24日(土)以降のチケット販売再開や対応方針につきましては、状況を確認のうえ、改めて公式サイトおよび公式SNSにてお知らせいたします。

Following the announcement by “The PHP Group” regarding a vulnerability in PHP, we are currently performing emergency maintenance on the TMC ticket system to ensure the safety of our customers’ information and services as our top priority.
This action is not due to any unauthorized access but is a precautionary security measure.

Due to this maintenance, as of Thursday, October 22, 2026, tickets cannot be purchased though the Tokyo Mystery Circus website or official app.

On Thursday, October 22, 2026, tickets will only be sold at the venue’s on-site ticket counter. Customers wishing to purchase tickets should please visit the venue counter directly.

Customers who have already purchased tickets for events held today may still attend. (Please show the QR code attached to your confirmation email, or we will verify the purchaser’s name at the reception desk.)

Regarding the resumption of ticket sales and our policy for Friday, October 23, 2026 onwards, we will assess the situation and provide an update on our official website and social media channels.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disruption this may cause our customers.
