– This game doesn’t require language to play. While the instructions and hints provided are in English, you don’t need to know English to solve the game, so everyone is welcome to challenge it!
– All prices include tax.
– One Team Ticket or U22 Member Discount ticket allows 1–3 players to join the game.
– The “per person” price is based on a team of three.
– Ticket prices will differ during the High Season. High Season refers to extended holiday periods such as Golden Week in May, Year end and New Years, Summer Holidays, etc. Make sure to check the ticket prices carefully before purchasing.

“This event is eligible for the For Kids discount. Kids age 11 and below can get tickets at half price.
This event is eligible for the for kids Discount, available when participating with:
– At least one child of age 11 and below
– A parent/guardian aged 18 or older
*Up to 4 people may join together with this discount. (Up to 2 adults may accompany the children.)

- Q.Is there an age limit?
- A.There is no age limit to participate.
However, children elementary school age and below may not join by themselves and must be accompanied by a guardian age 18 or older.
*Preschool children may join for free when accompanied by a guardian.
- Q.Can I get a refund if I lose my ticket?
- A.No. We cannot reissue tickets for any reason, including loss or theft. Refunds will not be given for customer convenience.
If refunds become available due to severe weather, announcements will be made on the Tokyo Mystery Circus website, under TOPICS*.

- Q.What if I’m late for my start time?
- A.The event begins exactly at the listed start time.
If you are late, you may not be able to join the game as it will disturb other participants.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session.
- Q.Is there parking or bicycle parking?
- A.There is no parking or bicycle parking at the venue.
Please use public transportation or nearby paid parking facilities.
- Q.Is there a place to store my belongings?
- A.Yes. The cloak service on the 2nd floor Service Counter is available for 500 Yen per item. Suitcases and other large bags will incur charges per item.
Space is limited, so please also consider public coin lockers.
Valuables cannot be stored.
- Q.Can I post spoilers on social media?
- A.Spoilers are prohibited for this game. Do not upload answers or photos of the puzzles on any social media or digital platform.
Please also be careful when you discuss the answers to the game after it has ended. There will be many players on the same floor or facility who have not tried the game yet. However, non-spoiler photos and your memories are very welcome!
- Q.Can I join multiple times?
- A.Yes. If you wish to play again, please purchase an additional ticket.
However, the puzzles will be the same.
