Dear International Customers,

Due to a recently identified vulnerability in the PHP code of our ticketing platform, we are currently conducting emergency maintenance on the system used to purchase tickets for events at Tokyo Mystery Circus.

In the meantime, a temporary ticket reservation page has been set up. However, purchasing advance tickets through this page requires a Tokyo Mystery Circus (TMC) Member ID.

Please be aware that registering for a TMC Member ID requires SMS verification, which means a Japanese mobile phone number is necessary to complete the registration process. Before attempting to purchase tickets, please make sure that you have access to a Japanese mobile phone number that can be used for SMS verification.

For information on the event details and ticket options displayed on the temporary page, we recommend using your browser’s translation tool as the page is currently available in Japanese only.

If you are unable to purchase advance tickets online, same-day tickets can also be purchased directly at the Tokyo Mystery Circus box office, subject to availability.

Events Affected

This temporary measure applies to the following English-language events:

• Escape from the Runaway Train

• Escape from the Witch’s House in the Woods

• The Spooky School Urban Legend Investigation

■ Events Not Available for Online Advanced Ticket Sales
For the events listed below, tickets will only be sold on the day at the Tokyo Mystery Circus venue.
・Escape from the Prison
・Jumbo Rolling Maze
・An Invitation from the Mystery Man

Advance tickets for all other English-language events remain available for purchase as usual.

Sales through the temporary page will end at 23:59 on Monday, November 9, and sales through Tokyo Mystery CIrcus Tickets will resume at 9:00 on Wednesday, November 11, 2026.
